Reservations may be made within our Legacies Alive block on a first come first served basis. The room block cutoff date will be posted here once confirmed.
Check-In: When you arrive at the hotel, please find our Legacies Alive table in the lobby to check in with us. This will be your only point of registration throughout the weekend. We will provide you with additional information and be able to answer any questions you may have.
Itinerary
Dress Code: All events are casual and Legacies Alive or Army Navy apparel is encouraged. Legacies Alive Lanyards and sideline passes serve as your admission to all of our events.
Friday Night Reception Dress Code: Dress code is elevated casual. Nothing overly formal. Think a nice pair of jeans or chinos, a sharp shirt or sweater, and shoes you would wear to a good dinner. A blazer is welcome if you like one, not required.
6:00 PM: Family, friends & sponsors private reception at The Vandy Club
(One Vanderbilt, 3rd Floor)
Transportation will not be provided from The Row Hotel to the reception venue. It is approximately
a 16 minute walk, or you can take a taxi or Uber.
10:00 AM: Army VS Navy tailgate opens at Meadowlands Arena (1 American Dream Way, Carlstadt, NJ 07072). See the Tailgate tab for a location map.
10:30 AM: Buses arrive at the tailgate
3:00 PM: Kickoff of the Army VS Navy football game!
Buses will depart back to the hotel immediately after the game.
Departure Day: Safe travels home! We hope to see you next year.
